METHODS FOR EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE ENTERPRISE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The article identified the need to assess the personnel management system, in terms of impact on the effectiveness of the enterprise. Two main concepts of evaluating the effectiveness of the HR management system. Studied the main objectives of the research staff, in line with these objectives, to explore existing methodologies and key activities for the assessment of the personnel. It indicates that the main problem within modern enterprises is the fact that the training, guidance is seen as a cost rather than as an investment.
