PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN EDUCATION SECTOR OF RUSSIA

The urgency of this issue is determined by a whole range of barriers, which come from outside exercising significant influence on the performance of educational establishments, their carrying-out of activities and consequently on the quality of educational services they provide, thus social and economic development warrants a more detailed study. The development of public private partnership in the field of education is one of the ways to improve the efficiency of educational system in Russia, since this mechanism enables to engage in the management of educational establishment the concerned representatives of different groups including government, municipalities, charities, business and public (parental communities).
