Invention through Integration of TRIZ and DFMA Methodologies

Inventors in the world are significant because of the improvements that they made in our lifestyle. Almost all of the private inventors invented haphazardly in the last centuries. Conventional methods are less efficient. On this basis, an integration of TRIZ and DFMA methodologies is presented. We aim to encourage private inventors and organizations related to product design and inventions to utilize this combination of two methodologies for inventing and pre commercializing new products. The effectiveness of this integration for private inventors was confirmed by applying it for inventing a new cooling system compatible with the climate of Malaysia but not limited to it.
