Abstract
In this article theoretical bases and the role of television in the upbringing of a perfect human being are studied. The results of theoretical generalization and scientific conclusions drawn in this article can be used for the improvement and development of aesthetic level of Uzbek art television. They can also be used as a base for new scientific researches.
