RESEARCH AND METHODOLOGY BACKGROUND TO THE OPTIMIZATION OF LABOUR AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING CURRICULUM IN GENERAL SECONDARY EDUCATION

The article tells about the importance of labour and professional training optimization; the assurance of content and scope compliance; the development of the curriculum content as well as its integration with innovative technologies. The scope of the subject planned for professional training of students according to the plan of study, as well as the full-scale formation of knowledge, skills and faculty specified in the curriculum document require the appropriate training equipment and qualification of a teacher. Ensuring these conditions is one of the critical tasks. To form a teacher’s generalized knowledge of technology, as well as the whole range of required skills and qualifications, the optimization of labour and professional training curriculum is of utmost importance.
