Directions of motivation improvement of enterprises’ innovation activities in conditions of economy intellectualization

In modern economic conditions the role of enterprises’ innovative creative activity is proved. In these conditions one of the most effective tools to accelerate the intellectualization is a motivational mechanism. The article grounds the role of creative work stimulating in enterprises. The key challenges to accelerate the intellectualization and development of staff’s innovative activity in modern domestic companies are determined. The structure of the motivational mechanism of management for intellectualization of enterprises’s activity is proposed; the mechanism consists of the following elements, such as the motivation to increase the level of education and skills, innovation and creativity, production competitiveness, the quality of relations with partners and customers, productivity. The directions of improvement of motivation for companies concerning individual components are grounded. The proposed methods allow to adjust the system of material and moral incentive for workers in enterprises and to simulate the conditions for activating staff’s creative abilities.
