Increase of motivation to the study of ophthalmology through research labour of students

Generalized experience of two year work in Odesa regional base medical college (ОRBMC) on discipline ophthalmology for by the personal interest of students by scientifically-research work (SRW) in a research and practice ophthalmology group (RPOG) with the aim of increase of motivation to the study of speciality. It was shown as a result of work, that SRW of students in RPOG is the effective method of increase of motivation to the study of discipline ?Ophthalmology? that is needed for preparation qualitatively of new specialists in ОRBMC. SRW develops the creative thinking, individual capabilities, research skills of students, allows to carry out preparation of initiative specialists, that creates terms for forming of professional competence of future medical sister.
