Abstract
EADS Group is a global leader in aerospace and defence, defence and related services with a market share of approximately 6.1%. The group employs nearly 140,000 people at more than 170 sites worldwide, supports many other professional posts in related industries and operates more than 31 international representative offices over the 5 continents. EADS has to ask itself about how to create value through global expansion.
