Abstract
In the article the scientific and theoretical aspects of mechanism to increase the efficiency of the industrial enterprise. The concept of mechanism with different points of view and its features. It is proved that the development of a mechanism to increase the efficiency of industrial enterprises must take into account all the factors that affect the efficiency of economic activity. It analyzed the principles of which it is advisable to stick to the formation of a system of performance indicators of the industrial enterprise.
