FORMATION OF FINANCIAL SCIENCE IN UKRAINE

Features of development of financial science in Ukraine from the XIX and to the end of the XX c. have been presented. Approaches of realization of budgetary management, introduction of the proper budgetary instruments and mechanisms in the system of institutional environment of society have been highlited. Expedience of institutional changes of the budgetary system is grounded according to the transformation processes of social and economic development of society.
