The role of the State Regional Development Fund in the process of decentralization

Abstract
Activity of the State Regional Development Fund was analyzed in 2015-2016 years. It’s suggested the improving of its functioning. It's shown the necessity of strengthening the use of investment focus of the fund. This is particularly important in the process decentralization, when the responsibility for the effectiveness of development resources is moving to the local and regional level. It's examined the formula allocation of funds between regions of Ukraine and it's given suggestions for its harmonization with the investment needs of the regions.
