Abstract
The article is devoted to the current state of housing and communal services of Ukraine and the issue of the Law of Ukraine “About peculiarities of ownership in an apartment house”. The main factors affecting the impossibility of timely implementation of the above law are written. The ways of solving the existing problems are proposed.
