Abstract
The paper analyzes the rules of the draft Labour Code of Ukraine on monitoring the implementation of the employees job duties, work for the regulation of the conditions of irregular working time and changes in the foundations of compulsory state social insurance. Recommendations aimed at protecting the rights and interests of workers.
