Ukraine infrastructure economic restructuring in the condition of financial, social and political crisis

Abstract

The article deals with the issue of international loans to Ukraine, first of all, the IMF and World Bank loans. The money attracted from foreign lenders don’t provide their using in the promising sectors in order to ensure loans refund on time and to get profit for extended production. This work describes the main reason of the economy decline. It is incompetence of the main legislative part of the state, which produces lobbying laws completely ignoring the need for their profound scientific foundation. The importance of radical change of state investment policy vector from passive expectant to dynamically active one, which will give an opportunity to get the modern technologies which are really essential today, due to the miserable condition of science in the state, has been noted. This work pays attention to the threat of losing centralized management arms of the region's economy during the declared state leadership plan for decentralization and transfer of a part of full powers to local authorities will certainly lead to unexpected federalization, which will be a catalyst for the physical collapse of the state in terms of Russian aggression. The economic analysis of the reasons which force international financial organizations to cooperate with the countries that have the lowest credit rating, including Ukraine, has been conducted in this article. The article considers the main macroeconomic errors of country leaders during the war and search of effective ways of revival of production and improvements in employment of population.
