Abstract
The aim of this research consists in determination of world tendencies of forming of innovative politics, development of recommendations in relation to activation of innovative activity in scientific and technological parks in Ukraine. The article analyzes the global trends of creating scientific and industrial parks, as well as the problems of it’s creation in Ukraine.
