Currently specifics management and process control of complex distributed energy facilities, such as the power grid; aviation and maritime terminals; electrified rail transport; oil and gas fields; military facilities and bases for defense purposes; utilities and other cities are complex, high-speed flow of processes and a large number of parameters. These factors make it necessary to use special automatic systems for the collection, transmission, processing and display of information, the formation of the actuators control signals - all these functions are currently performed by the control system of power facilities.
