Preparation of masters in the social sphere to the professional activities

The article describes the matter of training the the social sphere masters for their future professional activity. The skills that graduates should have in accordance with the Educational-professional program of social work master's training were highlighted. The directions of master's training which include the use of a variety of technologies were defined as well. The special role of extracurricular training was mentioned. The attention is focused on the practical trainings of a future specialist: professionally-management and productional; research and teaching. Based on this, the organizing methods of future social workers graduates practice should be based on the compliance between the content of practical training, and functional components of professional and future specialist practical activities.
