Special Features of State Support of Housing Construction at the Region

Importance. In the article the questions of development of the market of housing construction in the socio-economic system of region on example of the Udmurt Republic. Identified the currently used ways of solving the problem of providing housing to certain categories of citizens.Objective. To identify meaningful and to reveal the peculiarities of formation and selection of investment instruments of state support of housing construction in the Udmurt Republic.Methods. In the study used a systematic approach, methods of structural analysis, statistical methods.Results. The features of investment policy in the sphere of housing construction in the conditions of socially focused economy in the territory of the Udmurt Republic.Conclusions and Relevance. In accordance with the requirements of Federal law in the Udmurt Republic is implementing a programmatic approach to providing housing for certain categories of citizens. The effective implementation of all housing programs for certain categories of citizens depends on their level of funding. Each of the programme of activities corresponds to a certain budget technology investment, or a complex of such technologies. Effective implementation of housing programs in the region associated with standard of living (income) of the population; the quality of execution of regional housing programs, as well as amounts public capital investment and social subsidies.
