DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE TECHNOLOGY TEACHERS BY MEANS OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES

The article discusses the ways of the use of information technologies (IT) and their role in the formation of basic competences. The author defines the peculiarities of the use of distant educational technologies in studying process. Basic principles of information competence of a modern pedagogue are determined. The author of the article looks at the content of IT, their peculiarities and prospects of educational use. Attention is accented on the possibilities of distant educational centres and software training. The analysis of information technology approach implementation in the study process is carried out to encrease the level of future teachers readiness to use distant teaching technologies.
