Abstract
In the article the basic mechanisms of employer brand as a major competitive advantage in the labor market. The structure of the mechanisms of formation employer brand, which includes strategic and tactical platform thus allows for classification mechanisms between internal and external employer brand. The authors believe that the identification of the basic mechanisms of employer brand helps to enhance management in companies.
