Abstract
In the article the subject theatrical management activities at the regional level - namely Kharkiv region, the main problem and identified some key ways to address these problems. A comparative analysis of theatrical activity between Poland and Ukraine as a whole and the Kharkiv region and Polish provinces. The analysis programs and strategies at local and national levels.
