MODERNIZATION OF MARKET ECONOMY IN THE POST-SOCIALISM SPACE

The article represents the main processes of modernizing the market economy, directed at overcoming the crisis phenomena and establishing the international relations in the post?socialism space. Receipt of investments by the Ukrainian economy and components of modernization are analyzed. Priority directions and mechanisms of modernization are proposed. Object of research: direction of modernization market economy in the post?socialism space. Aim of research: consideration of processes of modernizing the market economy, directed at overcoming the crisis phenomena and establishing the international relations in the post?socialism space. Tasks of research: to review the main regulations of the market economy modernization processes; to analyze the receipt of investments by the Ukrainian economy and components of modernization; to propose the priority directions and mechanisms of modernization. Methodology of research: the main provisions of the economic theory on the market economy; theory of economic system transformation; works of Ukrainian and Russian scientists about the modernization of market economy. Results of research: the main properties of modernization, such as mobility, adaptability and innovation, positively influence the reforms. The necessity of modernization is not connected with the changes in the technical or technological directions; it presupposes the complex of management actions for the formation of development strategy with the separation of different stages of improvement and proposal of essential administrative and management changes. The research shows that the entry of the civilizational development level by the country requires the solving of the three? dimensional task: transfer to the innovation type of reconstruction, elimination of corruption and introduction of essential changes to HR approaches. Solving of this task is possible on the basis of applying the world experience of post?industrial transformation and transition to highly developed society.
