CREATION OF HIGHLY PRODUCTIVE WORKING PLACES AS FACTOR OF ECONOMIC GROWTH

Abstract
The article analyzes the problems of creating highly productive working places, determines motivating factor for creating new highly technological working places and substantiates the cost approach to the assessment of working places and the necessity of forming statistical database on the availability of working places. Aim of research is determination of current tendencies and problems in creating new working places, development of measures to motivate creating of highly productive working places as the factor of economic growth. Conclusions: 1. The process of creating new working places shall be initiated on all the levels of economy: macro?, meso? and micro?levels. 2. The following motivating factors of the process of creating new highly technological working places are determined: factor of demand, factor of de?monopolization, factor of increasing investments into the original capital, factor of activating innovative activities, factor of state support of creating new working places, availability of the sufficient quantity of specially trained and highly qualified specialists, increase of working force cost. 3. It is important for the state not only to motivate employers to create new highly?qualified and highly?paid working places, but also to establish new competitive market mechanism of working place optimization. It is necessary to apply cost approach to the assessment of current and new working places and determine cost of creating new working places in accordance with the directions of renewal and types of activities. 5. Creation of new working places is especially important for the priority and competitive branches of economy: information technologies, ship building, aircraft building, machine building, instrument engineering and metallurgy. 6. Creation of the cheap working places with the low salaries of employees is not effective; new working places shall have high added value. 7. It is important to carry statistical accounting of the number of current and newly?created working places.
