Abstract

In the article the conceptual scheme of management mechanism of occupational risks in the enterprise. The quality of professional risk determines the efficiency of decision-making and implementation of performance measures to eliminate the threats or reduce harmful effects of dangerous factors on human health. According to the conceptual framework at the level of occupational risk affecting actors: the state, the company and the employee. The State shall ensure the implementation of the economic mechanism based on the implementation of legislation promoting and regulating the position of measures to implement the process approach in the workplace. Enterprise based on organizational and administrative documents and motivation to implement the process approach. An employee is an integral part of the occupational risk minimization. The implementation of the proposed concept as a mechanism for economic development process model and risk management professional help to form a new view of risk management professional. Implementation of process approach to management of occupational risks in the enterprise includes a set of consistent measures to adapt, update and improve component mechanism, in contrast to existing development involves coordination of administrative decisions, economic methods, tools, instruments, organizational support of Management professional risks at national, sectoral level and enterprise level. The proposed process model professional risk management in manufacturing improves the efficiency of the management of professional risks by standardizing the process and shares responsibility for the management of occupational risks among groups of officers in the company. In addition, because of this, there is a significant cost savings by reducing the incidence of occupational hazards and the associated decrease in cash compensation.
