National Innovative System of Ukraine in Context of International Comparisons

Based on the using of international indexes (The Global Innovation Index, Innovation Union Scoreboard, The Global Competitiveness Index) in the article was made comparative analyzes of the innovation development of Ukraine and other countries. It was defined that high education and scientific capacity don’t transformation in innovation development, because was not created effective arrangement of implementation innovations into economic activity.
