Abstract
The introduction of higher education inclusive education confronts the departments of Physical Edu- cation a number of problems as the organizational methodological personnel and logistics. Presented by the defi- nition of ?adaptive physical education? ?persons with special educational needs ? ?inclusive education?. Char- acterized by the organization of adaptive physical education aimed at the formation of interests motivations needs development of higher mental functions education and self-identity self-realization of the individual abili- ties of students the development of intact analyzers promoting their functional compensatory restructuring ensur- ing the replacement or replenishment of missing or damaged body functions
