THE ELECTIONS ? IS A PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

The article is devoted to analysis of such a phenomenon as elections of the MPs in Russia. The aim is to understand the reason why this is a real problem and not the norm of a healthy society. The main idea is that Russian citizens ceased to see and feel the responsibility for their own future and future of the state in general because the majority prefer personal in- terest to the implementation of personal will. The real and only key contemporaries to get positive changes is action: to study the programs, to study candidates, to come to vote and not to hide behind the common known words and phrases
