Abstract

The concept of integrated irrigation and cooling of mine air for the treatment of conditions and tunneling faces deep coal mines equipped with mechanized complexes. Substantiates the mathematical model of combined processes and means of irrigation parameters - air cooling in the hydrodynamic pulse-wave multi-ejectors. Experimentally determined that in the ejector pulse-wave motion of air and water drop size 200 microns at speeds of 20 m/s provides a more efficient dust collection dimensions of 100 microns by an average of (30-40)%. Simultaneously, the air temperature is reduced by (9 - 5)0C water at an initial temperature 200C. The study results allow to modernize modern irrigation tools for mining machines in the direction of the integrated irrigation-cooling air in the faces of deep mines, where the initial temperature of the mine air exceeds 300C.
