Abstract

Nowadays the political situation in Afghanistan, depending on various external and internal factors, that have a great influence on the formation of the modern Afghan state. Over the past 12 years, the country adopted a new constitution (2004), formed by all branches of government, and conducted a series of reforms aimed at improving public administration system. However, to date, the political power in Afghanistan, and have not received strong national support. After the withdrawal of coalition forces NATO from Afghanistan, this country almost tested to itself next internal political crisis, as leading political forces of Afghanistan to run a sharp fight for power during presidential elections 2014. In this article was analyzed process of election cam- paign, strength and advantages of parties, results of president elections 2014 and apportionment of political forc- es in Afghanistan
