PRE-HOSPITAL THROMBOLYSIS: STATUS OF PROBLEM

The article summarizes the available data of clinical trials, registries and current guidelines about reperfusion therapy in patients with acute coronary syndromes with ST-segment elevation on electrocardio-gram. There were considered the role and place percutaneous coronary procedures and pre-hospital thrombolysis in medical care system in such patients. Pre-hospital thrombolysis can considered as method of choice in our country and it must be supplemented with system or rescue percutaneous coronary intervention.
