ETHNOGASTRONOMIC TOURISM: DEFINITION, KINDS

Article is devoted to a definition of ethnogastronomic tourism. Ethnogastronomic tourism ? assumes a travel around the world for the purpose of acquaintance with uniqueness and an originality of local cuisine, as well as local traditions. The main motive of a travel is desire to try a traditional dishes or the product which are characteristic for this area. Different types of ethnogastronomic tours are given in the article. Potential of development of ethnogastronomic tourism both in the world market, and in the Russian market is analysed. Was given some examples of national cuisines brands popularization in the different countries.
