THE FEATURES OF FUNCTIONAL STATE OF THYROID GLAND AMONG PREGNANT WEMAN WITH CARRIAGE OF ANTIBODIES TO THE TISSUE OF THYROID GLAND AND AUTOIMMUNE THYROIDITIS

Abstract
It was examined 123 pregnant woman with increased level of antithyroid antibodies in the different terms of pregnancy. It was determined that functional state of thyroid gland doesn't depend of the presence antithyroide antibodies in the blood of patients. In all pregnant woman there is homotypic changes of the thyroid gland's functions with comes to important increasing of the T3, T4, TTG levels. In pregnant woman with autoimmune thyroiditis there is a lavering of the levels of thyroide hormones T3, T4, fT3, fT4 and increasing TTG level in comparing with analogous indexes of healthy woman and not pregnant woman.
