Abstract

It has been studied the condition of systolic and diastolic function of left ventricular in 115 patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis at recovery stage. After 2 months of myocardial infarction it has been found the thickening of muscular concentric remodeling in 14,8%, concentric hypertrophy ? 53% and excentric hypertrophy in 32,2% of patients. Dyastolic kind of chronic heart insufficiency has been determined in 47% panients, systolic ? in 23,8%, dyastolic with systolic ? in 28,6% patients. In all form of remodeling there was decrease of dyastolic depression and atrial filling as well. Maximum decrease of dyastolic depression was observed at patients with excentric heart hypertrophy.
