Abstract
Author presents an experience of the surgical treatment of 82 patients with different types of the Mirizzi syndrome. Most informative in diagnostics of the Mirizzi syndrome were sonography ? 67,1% and endoscop-ic retrograde cholangiopancreatography ? 58,5%.At a suspicion on Mirizzi syndrome all patients were performed laparoscopic intraoperative cholangiography, herewith diagnostic value of this method approached to 100%. The оperation of the choice in patients with syndrome Mirizzi type І was laparoscopic cholecystectomy, by impossibility of laparoscopic operations and at syndrome Mirizzi type ІІ preference was given to traditional cholecystectomy with drainaging of choledoch, or to Roux's hepaticojejunostomy.
