The effectiveness of different methods of therapy in patients with acute shigellosis is compared. It is detected the one-time pollination of mucous membrane of colon (colon-sorbtion) with oxide aerosol of sillard-P contributes to quick clinical recovery, normalization of reologic blood characteristics and rectum microcirculation and prevent reconvalescensive bacterial-carrier. The combination of colon-sorbtion and ethiotropal therapy per os hasn't got the advantages in usage of the same kind of enteralsorbtion without ethiotropal preparations.
