Abstract

Companions of the Prophet era. It began after the Prophet. Hadiths, Fiqh, Tafsir, intertwined with Akaid and other Islamic sciences were transferred somehow to tabiûn students from this period. Tabiûn period, has become almost a period of fundamental Islam that the basis of science. Hadith were recorded. Kufa, Basra, center of Islamic jurisprudence as Medina occurred. Hadith scholars of fiqh scholars and grew up there. Hadith and fiqh, was among the basic sciences of Islâm. The rules put forward by the sects, fiqh is related to knowledge. The Hadiths, helps to understand these rules. The rules of the Hanefî books are written by fiqh scholars. They commentaries from scholars of later these rules. Aynî (d. 855/1451) ve Babertî (d. 786/1372) were almost as successor-predecessor had Merğinânî (d. 593/1199)'s commentary on the book Hidâye. This book while they commentary, in which they explain the provisions of the hadiths rarely. Aynî (d. 855/1451), that had been obtained after the chance to see Babertî (d. 786/1372)'s work. That's why Binâye work is criticized from time to time in its opinion on the hadith and fiqh. We have Aynî (d. 855/1451)'s criticism of our study, we tried to take him on the hadith. These criticisms of the status of the narrator, the use of terms relating Invoices include conflict in the hadith texts. Such criticism has been viewed. Aynî (d. 855/1451) and Babertî (d. 786/1372) is considering views on the issue were made in the process of assessment of the scientific tradition.
