Abstract
The article describes the theoretical aspect of labor productivity as the most important indicator of economic activity of the enterprise. Marked views on the issue under study authors. Based on the analysis of literary sources, the state of the production and nonproduction spheres of activity of enterprises identified innovative approaches to increase productivity.
