Abstract
Innovative project solutions for successful commercialization require execution of research and development. Their results predetermine competitive advantages of innovative production. At the same time, use of the scientific achievements advancing time excludes a possibility of successful commercialization. It is obvious that financing of such can be postponed until transition of society to higher technological way.
