Abstract
The question of providing the energy efficiency of conveyor operating modes in a continuous change of cargo flow is examined. To stabilize the loading volume of conveyor traction body is used closed circuit control system of linear belt speed as a function of cargo flow. The conveyor belt model with ten state coordinates that characterize the movement kinematics of five approximating masses and speed-controlled asynchronous electric drive model are composed. The model of belt conveyor electromechanical system presented as four-mass block diagram. According to the received research model the energy performance of the closed-loop conveyor electromechanical system are shown, specifically, the assessment of losses and efficiency of electric drive with constant speed of the traction body and smooth change of load that caused by the by uneven revenues of cargo on the conveyor. In carrying out the above research it was considered two options: the presence of optimal voltage regulator that minimizes losses and without it.
