Abstract
This article discusses the issue of increasing the shelf life of water extraction technology extracts from different morphological groups of medicinal plant raw material, adding a preservative. As preservative used ethyl alcohol in various concentrations. In the course of the study, it was shown that the addition of ethyl alcohol increases the shelf life of the infusions. More effective was the use of 90% ethyl alcohol in an amount of 5% of the volume of the dosage form.
