Abstract
The paper presents a differential approach to the surgical treatment of 495 patients with transverse flatfoot based on the severity of forefoot deformation. Among total 980 reconstructive surgeries 87,9% yielded good outcomes, 8,4% - satisfactory and 3,75 - unsatisfactory.
