Abstract
The analysis of the provisions of the “European Qualifications Framework for lifelong learning" the peculiarities of formation of information and legal competence of future teachers. It is claimed that this competence involves the acquisition of skills of future teachers of normative legal acts skills of search and processing of legal information. The article concluded that the most effective forms and methods of education for the most successful students master the skills and legal knowledge and skills. Information and legal competence is compulsory for future teachers of different specialties and most successful emerging in the process of studying their jurisprudential professionally oriented disciplines.
