MANAGEMENT OF MUNICIPAL UNIT’S FINANCIAL RESOURCES

The article deals with the features of financial management of the municipality, the main directions of use of municipal financial resources are given. In more detail the mechanism of municipality financing is considered, because it is the basic model of financial management of local government. Also the issue of limited budget and investment funds of the municipal unit is studied. Based on this, some recommendations to improve the financial situation of the municipal unit are given, namely the need to improve budgetary planning methods, and mobilize sources of financing the deficit of local budgets.
