Abstract
The customer research is the key to success of any bank. The most widespread method for obtaining information on the client is polling. In this article the main forms and types of the conducted polling are considered, conditions of their application, possible problems and results of the obtained data usage are analyzed. The conclusions on the need for deeper manipulation of data and their transformation in measures of bank for formation of client base are drawn.
