Abstract
In this article, we provide insight into the digital approach to staff management that consists of using modern technologies in HR function organization. Current directions of implementation digital approach and examples of its implementation in Ukraine and the world were analyzed. The particularities, advantages, and disadvantages of using the new technologies in the field of HR for the current economic condition were explored.
