Analysis of Models and Methods of Distribution of Labour Resources in the Management of the Implementation of the Portfolio of IT Projects

The article considers the question of the importance of labor resource allocation in the management of the implementation of the portfolio of it projects. Analyzed the campaigns, methods and models used to assess economic efficiency of activity of the enterprise. The analysis of foreign methods of an estimation of efficiency of investments in it projects: financial, qualitative, and probabilistic.For analysis were selected the most popular and used in practice methods and models. In the analysis process were established distinctive features, advantages and disadvantages of each method.
