The Special Aspects of Functioning and Possibilities of Industry Industrialization in Ukraine

This paper is devoted to revealing the special aspects of functioning and possibilities of industry industrialization in Ukraine. Special attention is given to investigation of the industrial growth problems and the opportunities of industries to maintain high quality of finished products. It is demonstrated that the industry of Ukraine has such preeminence: possessing of valuable mineral deposits, available lower labor costs, potential of primary and secondary sectors and heavy machinery. Conclusions regarding possibilities of industry industrialization in Ukraine are made. Machinery has the considerable proportion of the output export. In order to achieve the internationally viable and competitiveness of machinery in Ukraine the producers and the government have been working organically every day to implement such objectives: to replace the worn-out, outdated and use up-to-date equipment; to introduce automatic machinery; to produce finished products but not only raw materials and semi-finished products; to exploit new technologies; to produce not only for oneself but for export; to increase the skills of workers and potential of the qualified specialists team efforts implementation in industry. The inhibitions of satisfactory industrial progress in Ukraine in a context of industrialization are connected with electricity prices rising, dependence on resource suppliers, complications with introduction of high quality standards of production in industry and consequence of military conflict in Ukraine. The main economic abuses of industry in Ukraine are: low level of industrial enterprises innovation activity, slow and unsystematic introduction of automatic machinery and informational technologies, the imbalance in the labor market. Prospects for further research are in formulation of conceptual approach for industrial growth in Ukraine in a context of industrialization. It is important to study of successful international practices and technological achievements in a matter of industry industrialization.
