Abstract
The article puts forward the necessity of application of the system of workers’ interested motives in effective performance. In fact, the collective indicators of awarding bonuses for specialists are interconnected, they have lower level of motivation, and the implementation of the concept of awarding bonuses is reached due to designers who are more responsible. In this case, corporate liability decreases the feeling of self-significance of each worker which leads to the decline in performance efficiency. So there was suggested an alternation to the approach for the remuneration of specialists’ labor which is aimed at the improvement of the list of awarding bonuses, stimulates designers to fulfil the plan according to the quantity and quality of the documentation, satisfies specialist’s functional duties, allows to maintain the principles of just wage differentiation, increases labor productivity.
