Abstract
The process of selecting an applicant for appointment to a vacant position in the department of an industrial enterprise is described. The mathematical model of decision-making support on the basis of multi-criteria analysis and fuzzy decision tree method is presented. The criteria for assessing the most suitable candidates for the position of software engineer three categories are presented. Information system model based on UML and its software implementation are described.
