Methodological support of monitoring of "early signals" of the crisis based on the comparison of dynamics of indicators

In the article the methodological support of monitoring mechanism organizational management with the aim of early detection of adverse trends and prevent their development in the crisis.The main unit of such monitoring keeps track of negative tendencies in the mechanism of organizational management and its relationship with the distribution system and innovation. The modeling of the mechanism of organizational and production of the company's management carried out on the basis of the methodology of comparative dynamics, which developed a reference matrix of tendencies in the mechanism of organizational-industrial management and segments that characterize its connection with the innovation of the enterprise and distribution system.Proposed assessment mechanism organizational management of the enterprise to carry out by fixing deviations from the standard in three areas of the above observations.
